DD3's? $500/each

Replace diaphragms? a couple hundred for both sides.

Spring Brakes? under $200 for two new cans.

Spring Break? .......... Priceless!

thank you Dallas. The unit is not DD3 as I thought and when you fire the bus up it took a while to reach pressure and then when you hit the brakes it would drop about 20# quick and finally found the culprit and pulled the wheels and there it was, covered with a little dirt and finally got it off and checked it.... BAD!! I will go to my supplier tomorrow and see if they have a couple in stock and replace both while I be under there LOL

Don't know if they all are this way but my Eagle has an air valve that makes the brakes function like DD3s. You have to do a full pressure application to unlock them after parking. But they are actually spring brakes. Last spring brake cans I bought about 5 years ago were $35 bucks each! No core charge.
