Well I'm mostly packed and counting down the days until I set off on my first bus adventure. It's been a real blessing for me being a member of this board and I have grown since my first post at the bottom of the this page (the burned out 4905 Phoenix) grown in knowledge of buses, my mid section, but most importantly my life experience has been enriched by truly wonderful people, those I have met, those I will meet on my trip, and one in particular that I have to exorcize when I reach my destination. nothing but Love for you all. | ||

Bill I am leaving Florida not to return to live there again. visit yes but I am beginning a new chapter in my life book, my home now will be what's out there my wheeled alloy tube will help me move through it. Gomer my Volvo only has 882,700.00 miles on it so I am bringing it with me since it isn't quite worn out yet. I hope to teach Fidds what a real car is so that he can dump the Corvairs. Dave thank you for the tips you don't think that it can damage bus tires do you? | ||

Don't worry Dave, I only have one eye anyway... and it was looking piles of loose cash laying around getting moldy. I saw plenty of mold...non of it was cash. I took a few pictures to post on the Web and moved quietly on. BTW... in the photo's I took, that inflatable "companion" looks real so you won't be red-faced. (had to Photo-Shop your noggin reflection tho...) | ||

Penguins may smell as bad in 3 days as your brand of humor does in 2 seconds! Does Canada give disability payments to those with terminal comedic flatulence...EH? HEY ACE, were gonna run this sucker up to 100 posts if we can...you gonna hang in there for the whole party?... TowelBoy.... I figure you ought to arrive in about 2-weeks or more, just for the ..."SMELL'S"... crack... which made me laugh NOT I've decided to put some effort into a special treat just for my Pal Fooey Fleet O'Busses Volvo owning Putz that he is..& I say that with love... . . . I took the LAST SHOWER that I'm going to until after you've been here a week or more (depends on the critter/fungus & where) You ought to be able to spot me 70 miles outside of town rolling thru Texas Canyon just follow the lime green plume rising in the Western sky. And that's just the ante! the treat is givin you a 30 second whiff of my Giant Jar O Scabs ... a 40 year collection! (REAL men can remain upright & conscious for the whole exposure) Sorry, that's about as gross as I care to be this evening Ace....I'd have gone the extra mile for you but I'm tired. Well, since Jorge hasn't posted this himself yet... I get the honors. He was here yesterday and we loaded up both generators in one bay and tied 'em down. Took the better part of the day to do it though. We had to muscle them into place once they were set down into the bay... Not a fun task for two guys with bad backs. -.- I'm not much of a story teller, so I'll let him tell things his way... But, wanted to make sure everyone knew he did arrive here and left in one piece... more or less... lol! His poor Volvo won't need any rustproofing any time soon though... -Mac | ||

14 days w/o a shower so far.... i can't smell a thing anymore but some woman at the store complained about the smell of rotten potatoes while standing in line at the checkout... funny, it was about that time that I tucked that green tentacle sprouting under my right arm back into my sleeve....
