Be sides the maintenance manual and the supplement maintenance manual. Is there a manual that gets in to the chassie and frame structure on a 4106 with good details. Thanks

Bob I also have a 4106 raising roof at this time. The parts manual has some good broken down pictures of the body, there is no frame. What are you trying to do to your bus?

I'm working on the rear on the top plates for the air bags. I'm notice a crack on the top frame what the plates attach too. Called Lukes they said thats normal for a 4106 right rear. And to weld it . I'm thinking looks like a lot of rust may be weak thinging of changing that piece out. Any one done this or where faced with this problem before and what was your fix. Can I find this piece of frame Thanks

Hi Bob:
Unfortunately I did not personally get to talk to you and therefore don't know the extent of your rusted structure!!!!
Give me a call toll free tomorrow at: 1-888-262-2434 and let's talk.
Before you do that, however, take a small hammer or better yet, if you have it, a welder's chipping hammer, if you have one, and hit on the structure above the bellows to determine how much metal you have left.
In many cases we have added steel inside & out of the upper bellow support and sandwiched together the original sructure to offer support for the suspension system. AT other times we have replaced it, or just welded a plate across the bottom and above the bellows, depending upon the strength of the remainng metal.
The condition of your structural member will determine the fix.
Hope to hear from you!!!
