I lived in the Bay Area for a few years... an old WC FIELDS quote comes to mind when ever someone mentions how warm California is.... I spent the coldest Winter of my life on the 4th of July in San Francisco..... Pilots say , any landing you can walk away from was a good one... I say, life is perfect, nobody has ever NOT MADE the final curtain. It's the struggle along the way that makes life richer.. So In case The Cube is not enough... buy a big jar of Jalapenos & eat'em like pop-corn..! OR you COULD do like the Bog-People of Elmira... find another Bus and torch it for warmth & giggles!

There's No business like 'Snow Business.... There comes a time in the affairs of man when he must take the bull by the tail and face the situation. I like Children... Fried. One Covair owner said, "I'll drive it ugly. You can't see the paint job when you're behind the wheel, anyway." (Message edited by Dallas on February 24, 2011) |

Taking the bus out tomorrow to grease her up and run the motor up to temp to see if the Bus heater works Too. Know the fans work and the ducks produce air that's a good thing. Then just going to drive around and let the oil blood flow through her and the tires feel the road. She has been sitting for 5 months and need some TLC. and maybe in the snow, LOL Jack Orange(Foreiagn) and Purple (Twirpull??? Dave, you might as well stop here while your running around, Pengy is awaiting his black Volvo chariot... it seems the air cooled nemesis of Ralph Nader won't make it from there to here. |

haha!! Didnt you know we are in Global Warming! Snow in Sacramento at the end of Febuary? Say it isnt so lol. Here, by Death Valley, traditionally we get about an inch every 5 years and it doesnt stick but a few hours. We did our tradition last year and much to the shock of everyone we got a good 3-4 inches this year that stuck around a few days! Now, tonight or tomorrow, we are expecting snow again??????? Whoa, what is going on! |

Yep we get it here about every 10 years but where we live right in the middle (1-1/2 hours to the coast and the same to the mountains)and snow is just 20 minutes up the hill on 60 and 50. It really never sticks here either but fun for the kids in the neighborhood. Dals would pick him up but we have 3 big hungry CATS and that might make a mess in the coach, Feathers everywhere and beak parts, LOL Dave (Message edited by chrome_dome on February 25, 2011) |

It is a product of global warming. As the north pole warms up the snow moves south to a cooler climate. Pretty soon we will have penguins in Texas. Rod |

I am still waiting on my circuit board for the SF 35 suburban heater. I hope you bought the Dinasour , not another version of the factory failure prone units. They die from crappy voltage , so use #10 or larger wires for the DC side power. FF |
