Probably as good as Slick 50 , or magnets stuck to the fuel line. Or Brown's Gas. IF it worked the larger ships that use 20,000 TONS of fuel at a time, would be begging for a few railroad cars of the stuff. FF | ||

Standard method for evaluating scams is to count the buzz-words and nonsense words and if that number exceeds the number of percentage points of the fuel saving promised, it is definitely a scam. Lets evaluate a key mode. The turbocharger stuffs a heap of air into the cylinder, the piston then compresses that air (including the 23% oxygen) until it is red hot when a small amount of fuel is squirted in. Then, miraculously, this extremely small amount of GO2 somehow REDISTRIBUTES the oxygen within the combustion chamber in those few microseconds before the fuel ignites.
