Did ya' notice the lawyer for the bus driver saying he was not happy they were not looking at the truck driver as a cause of the accident and that even though there was no contact the truck could have been 'involved? Reminds me of the one where the truck passed the car, the car lost control and the trucks insurance paid big bucks to settle that one! |

If the bus was doing 78 (or whatever it was), just how fast was this truck supposed to be going? Good luck with that, eh? Dumbass lawyer. |
