How do these motor mounts look? The 4106 Im messing with has a lot of vibration on fastidle. Dont see any place obvious that might cause it.

To me the mounts look good.
If you have a vibration, look into having the rack run. you may have a bad injector or two. or three.
Besides, I don't think Detroits run well when wearing the Caterpillar Halloween costumes.

Tom; I had an 06 and found that from time to time I would have to check the bell housing for loose bolts. Also you may have a flywheel coming loose.

Great, first its a caterpillar now it has loose nuts. Running the rack is easier than checking flywheel so I guess Ill start there.

Motor mounts are generally good unless they get oil soaked. Dal is probably right on when he says to look for a bad injector and maybe the halloween costume has a lot to do with it as well.

Check the bulkhead for cracks also, had mine repaired recently and the vibes at fast idle went away.
