They sure went fast. I know of a few people that bid on them. Not sure if they got them though. I'll ask them tonight and let you know. | ||

George, did you get one of those buses? A friend of mine just bought the last one. He said the guy told him that one of the other buses went to California. Walter is going to Detroit tomorrow to see what he can do to get his bus running. His Bus is the one that supposedly had a bad motor. He told me that these guys bought all of the parts from MCI and Greyhound when they liquidated all the mc-6 parts. They have three 45' vans full of new and used parts for the MC-6. He is going to check on some trim pieces for me. If you need any parts for your bus, these are the people to get ahold of. | ||

Gary, No I didn't, one is enough, at least for now. I saw the California comment on Carr's site on ebay, but it wasn't me. I guess from your post that somebody bought one outside of the auctions? Thanks, G | ||

George, Walter bought the bus with the 8v92. It supposedly has a bad head gasket or something. He just got back from Detroit last night. He was there settling up on the payment, the guy's wanted cash. His bus is unit# 20077. He said they do have one more bus, it is unit# 20002. He's going to send me a bunch of pics of his and the one left. Sounds like they are in really sound condition. Walter was a mechanic for Greyhound and use to work on the MC-6's in the seventies.
