I have an MCI-8 and it has a very slow fuel leak but in looking at the front pannel, where the hinge filler flap is, it doesn't seem to have a way to get the pannel off. The bolts on the top are easy to (not) get to but the bottom ones are nigh impossible. Any solutions, short of a torch or a very skinny armed person?

There are not bolts on the bottom. Take the top two out and lift it up. There is a stud or spike on the bottom that fits into a hole
