Word just in from a bus nut buddy that the annex building and grounds at the Museum of Bus Transportation in Hershey, PA is flooded. Sent a picture of water up to the roof line on several buses. No word yet on status of the Museum buidling. Shame.

Museum itself sits on higher ground, no problems.

Sad about the Annex, as well as all the surrounding area that's been so hard-hit from the storms.

PA National Guard assisting in cleanup in many areas. I haven't ever been to the annex, although I live and work in the area. I would have volunteered to help move busses--had the call gone out from the museum. This makes me sad and mad at the same time. I am sure I could have also gotten CDL guard buddies to help also.

SAD!!

well it all sounds like they could have moved them. BUT we were at a campground almost next to the museum annex, NOBODY ever thought it would go that far especially that fast. we moved just in case and by morning all hell had broken loose. unless you were here you could not have envisioned this mess,By 6am we were being evacuated and the water was 9 ft deep where we were previously parked, mostly happened after dark.

There were semi's by us that dident get moved as well as many cars. You cant believe how fast this water can rise. they will put out a call for volunteers after the danger passes. Its a rush after the water goes down to drain the engines. damn i still cant post pics.
