Thanks to all that have responded.
Unfortunately, we lost the battle with time. They have left the home of the lady that was our focus in the Macon area. Another call was placed this time from the 910 area code.
Apparently, they have left the Macon area and are now in Fayetteville NC, a place where they have some familiarity, and of coarse, dope connections.
The authorities have been contacted in Fayetteville, and all we can do now is wait for some type of confirmation of their location.
Thanks again to all that responded.
We will post another update as the situation develops.

If there is any chance that they may be manufacturing Meth, the NC SBI has a special task force and they also have a special interest in children that will or have been exposed to the chemical hazards that are by products of the manf. of meth. The SBI headquartes is located in Raleigh, NC. Call information and get the number. I hope this will help. I just attended an all day course on meth labs.
