3406b is every truckers favorite...you can get it from 300 horse to 500 horse...NICE ENGINE,,but, you will have to re-gear the rear end,3406 likes to run about 1600 rpm,3208's are 2100 t0 3000 rpm engines |

youve got some numbers wrong.... 3206 doesn't exist.... in the 3200 family, 2 engines, a inline 4- the 3204.. and a v-8 --the 3208... next comes the 3300 family... all inlines... a 4 cyl, the 3304.. and a 6 cyl... the 3306... in the 3400 family, you have a 3406..its an inline 6 clyindr, a 3408, a v-8 and a 3412... a v-12....... the 3406 evolved from a 343... a double overhead cam inline 6 clyinder also known as a 1693....confused?? email me offline at jimcat2@webtv.net |
