One hundred sixty seven buses (167) was the last count that I heard! Lots and lots of Eagles, Prevosts, GMCs. Several Flexs, a couple of Setras, ONE Freightliner bus (cool) and ONE Gillig (mine)! Great seminars by the Pros in the industry! The PRIME RIB dinner on Saturday evening was the BEST I've ever had! HUGE, generous portions! Delicious! The weather was perfect - in the 70's all weekend. Wish I could have seen MORE of the Busnuts that frequent this board! Next year, I hope there will be more of the "home-owner" converted coaches. I enjoyed seeing the professionally converted coaches, but my new 'hobby' of converting my own bus makes it a lot more interresting to see others' personal efforts - all at various different levels and tastes. Thanks to all who shared what they have done with their conversion! My wife and I were very impressed with the crowd there and their eagerness to invite us in to see their own version of "doing it my way" converting! I have a long way to go on my bus - er - I mean 'steel tent on wheels'! Hope to see you all there next year!! happy bus'n mark 75 gillig 636D |

Wish I could have gone. It has been really slow posting on the boards for the past few days. Most of the busnuts were at the rally. Welcome back. David Anderson |

"The PRIME RIB dinner on Saturday evening was the BEST I've ever had!" I thought Skoolie guys were all Vegans. That's what I get for growing up in Eugene. Gary |

I have been attending rallies for the past 18 years. This was best yet. Great back to back seminars, Geat food, lots of it and the price was right. These guys did a fabulous job,I think the coach count was up above 175. Thank you guys you did a great job. John PS Many thanks to Ian for having the intro banner. |

This was our first bus rally and we came away impressed. My wife and I were only able to attend on Saturday as "walk-ins" since we are still working on an 8" roof raise. Great semairs and vendor displays, friendly and helpful owners; thanks again for a well run event. We are looking forward to attending next years for sure. We enjoyed the rally a lot and got a pile of pictures to bring back. It was at the beginning of our trip; we just got back Friday, the 30th. We also attended as many of the seminars as we could and learned quite a bit. I expected to see more of the people who post than we did, but we'll just look forward to meeting more of you, later. The last count we heard was 177, but we think that included a few sticks and staples rigs belonging to people who didn't have an operating coach ready. I don't know how the walk-ins were counted. We got invitations to visit people that we hope to follow up on in the future. We'll probably attend some more rallies when we can line them up with our trips. It was set up real well, and I believe that it will be improved on in future rallies. Tom Caffrey PD4106-2576 Suncatcher |
