Just learn about Nansulate.

Nanotechnology claim to have a product for world's worst conductor of thermal energy and the world's best insulator.

It a "DO-IT-YOURSELF" application with roller or brush or spray.

Under $60.00 per 250 to 300 sq-ft (3 coat/gal)

However drying time is slooow. About 30 days or longer.

I e-mail them with more practical question and will relay to board sap.

Anyone knows or experience about this product, please respond.

Thank you.

For what it worth.

Was interesting at first, but if you look at the numbers on their "how it works" page, they give Rvalues "per inch". These Rvalues are about double those of polyurethane. Sounds good until you realize that the nano-stuff is a liquid that you put on with a roller. How you gonna apply an inch (or even a quarter of an inch) of this stuff? A few dozen coats of it should do the trick. How many thousands of dollars worth of the stuff would that be. Me thinks it's pseudo science.

It sounds interesting, but the "Invester Relations" tab scares me, any company that up front about asking for investment money scares me a bit.

And, not that it bothers me so much about the spelling mistake, but it's spelled INVESTOR and any company of substance would have caught that on a home page.

Just my opinion, of course

Brian
