Thanks Gary and yes the same one but these owners are out of their mind! Last time we looked at it they were asking 130K now it's 210K | ||

Ace, That one caught my eye last year also. I thought that was a good deal for what it was. Those guys must have thought they could make a killing off of that. I would have at least put a 10k paint job on it before listing it again. I wonder what they ended up getting it for? | ||

I think it's the same guy trying to sell it that had it last year! My god the thing is 13 years old and he admits it needs 5k worth of fixes. In the condition that bus us in its probably not going to bring, in this market more than 75-90k IMHO |
