Hi Folks, I have changed the way the bulletin board handles links. Before, while composing a message, if you typed in the entire URL of another web page, it would automatically rewrite your message as a clickable link to that page. Now, you'll have to use the "\ link {}" formatting in order for a link to become "active" from your message. Otherwise, if you simply type the URL, it will no longer be re-written as a link, automatically. When formatted properly, the resulting link will appear inside the BNO BBS right-hand frame. To return to the message you were referred from, simply click on your browser's "Back" button or on the "Topics" link from the left sidebar. Please refer to "Formatting" in the left sidebar for complete instructions on how to use the "\ link {}" feature. Regards, Ian Giffin www.busnut.com |
