Hi folks,
Due to my recent purchase of new server package from my business ISP, there will be intermittent disruptions to this web site (as well as the other 11 clients whose web sites I manage) within the next couple of days and lasting for a day or two. Although the rest of this web site may be working, the interactive areas may need additional time to resolve properly on your computers.
If you understand the following, you'll understand why the site will be down for a while: In upgrading my services, I must change my static IP address.
In addition, I have also purchased the upgrade version of our bulletin board system. I may need additional time to set that up and recover a backup of this bbs, so please be patient.
DieselChat will also be offline for this major upgrade, until BNO resolves totally on the new server & IP address.
I have no timeline for all this, other than to say it will be done this week and interruptions may result right up to the end of the weekend.
I will put a message up here just before the site goes down.
I regret any inconvenience this will cause, but this upgrade is necessary to ensure the the growth and continuity of our mother business, Prestige Online Services, for many years to come.
Please, respectfully asked, no rumours or comments on other bulletin boards. This is upgrade work and we will be back in a day or two. Thank you.
