Hi folks, Just a quick note to let you know that the "spell check" option, when posting a message or reply, is third party software running on another server - not the server from which you view BNO. As a result, it is subject to some of the technical hiccups which sometimes plague other ISPs (remember the problems we had with that a couple of years ago?! Never mind... let's not go there!!) My tests reveal that it almost never works with MS Internet Explorer and is often a no-go with Netscape. I have not tested it with any other browsers such as AOL or Linux, but I suspect similar errors might occur. Therefore, I suggest that you do either one of two things: 1) Go ahead and post your message without spell checking - everyone makes spelling errors and no one cares anyway... don't worry, everyone knows what you mean, and 2) If you insist on spell checking your message, compose your message in your computer's word processor (MS Word, for example), spell check it there, then copy and paste the message onto the bulletin board. This will avoid any difficulties with lost messages, as has been experienced in the past.
