What is the location of the flasher for an mci 8.
I need to replace the one I currently have. Thanks for any info.

On some MCIs, the turn signal flasher is located on a bracket on the wall to the left of where your toes would be if you had your foot on the clutch, ready to push it in.

On other MCIs the flasher is located in the front electrical compartment box.

Don't forget, it's a 24V unit!

Other than 24v it needs to have the capacity to run ALL the turn signal lights. Make sure it has the capacity. An electronic one is ideal and not ridiculously expensive. It'll probably be the last one you buy.

Electronic flashers do tend to last a long time, but I think their best attribute is that contrary to a mechanical flasher, which needs the resistance of the light bulbs to work, and electronic flasher will work with any or even no load...

So, if you have changed over to led turn signals the electronic flasher will still work, while the mechanical flasher might not at all.

Speaking of electronic flashers, anybody got a part number for them? Both 12 and 24 volt?
