I have 2 4501's and need the upper windshields, so I'm going to find a glass company to make them (laminated safety glass of course). If I succeed in finding reasonable prices, who else would want some? And how many? I'm going to get some spares. I'm also including the teardrop windows. The price will be related to the quanity of glass made, more glass = lower cost per glass.
I'm posting this in several places to get a feel of the magnitude of the interest. I AM NOT selling anything now. The selling will be done thru proper channels. The time frame is probably a year out (if enough response is received).

Kyle....when you find the company that will manufacture the glass for you , please e-mail me the name and address.
Our DAF needs a new drivers side glass which is no longer manufactured.

i need an upper deck window, right side for my 4501..i apparently got one of the last 4501 windsheilds they had..
bent glass in king of prussia is 15 mins away..they might make the ones you want..ill go in on the jig set up with you..RJ might be interested too...
the set up charge is a pretty penny..they will not give a discount on numbers or units ordered..but we can split the set up charge..that is the savings..
let me know..i need the right side upper deck window..
i thought i found one in mass..im here now..but it wasnt the correct glass...it was for another bus.
ive been looking for 3 years now

I will be interested in one. Plus any info on all the other glass to include the rear window. The conversion is starting today.
