I'd like to swap the steering on my MC8 over to the integral system.

I called a dismantling yard and they offer a "Kit", consisting of a mounting plate, steering box, pitman arm, coupler and drag link is $1900.00 for used parts..... Yow. Comparetivly, the "new/used" box could be worn out also.....its not coming off a 2004 model, I'm sure....

I'd like to compare that to new parts from MCI, but I only have the MC8 parts book, so I don't have the correct part numbers to check MCI on-line.

Anyone done the change over that has their parts list? Is there another supplier that offers a rebuilt sector?

I know the design of the factory unit has a significant amount of "play" involved.

I don't want to discuss the merits of the different systems, please. Just want the part numbers and would like to correspond with someone who has done the swap on their MC8.

I'd rather correspond off the board, just drop me a note. Thanks Chuck
