Hi folks,

I took a great group of sightseers to Niagara Falls, Ontario yesterday with a side trip to the famous Niagara-on-the-Lake wine district. Thought I'd bring back some pictures...

First one is the Peller Estate Winery (and the beautiful '96 Prevost H3-41 with the 50 series 375, hp Allison 6-speed World tranny), second shot is of the new Niagara Fallsview Hotel & Casino and the third pic is the view of the Canadian falls from the ground floor of the new casino.

If you heard on the news about the guy who won the 5.7 million dollar jackpot on the MegaBucks slot machine at this casino yesterday, I was standing at a Roulette table two bus lengths away from him when he hit! I now know the definition of pure pandemonium!!!

Coincidentally, the Prime Minister of Canada was in the same building during a campaign luncheon for the Liberal Party of Canada.

Both got a standing ovation!!

And I just upgraded to new Michelin XZ2 tires at Niagra Battery and Tire on George Street, Niagra FAlls, ON. Total cost of trade up of 5 year old tires, $2150 US after tax tax refunds. New shoes again and a great place to visit while getting them.

I bet that beautiful bus is a '96 not a '76 though...

Great pics.

Wow what a great price on tires!

(Editor's note: Ooooopsie! You are correct. Fixed now. Thank you Jimmmy!! Ian.)

Our Preachers 16 year old girl looked at the falls and asked him if they turned them off to clean them.
I road the jet boat in the #4 rapids up to the falls a few years ago. Quite a rush.

Thanx, Ian, for the great pics.....we were on the US side about the 15th of September on a trip to Halifax, NS. Wanted to return on the Canadian side, but elected to go US 1 down the coast.

Steve....are you saying for 10 tires, balanced and mounted???? Excellent price. I just paid considerably more per tire for 2 Hankooks in Portsmouth, NH.
