We (ma & pa) have 2 little ones and are planning to full time it soon in our 4106. Would really like a 19” TV up front like the higher roof coaches. We’re small folk but is this unrealistic? Looks like aft of the pilot seat near the roof is next consideration. Also looking for a heavy-duty swivel mount for same but thick I might have to make one. Any help sure would be appreciated. Joe -

I've seen TV's mounted in 4104s and 4106s kitty-corner above the front door, but don't remember what size they were. . .

HTH,

For a mere $3000-$5000 you can get a PC projection system that has TV inputs! Pull the screen down for flicks and roll it up when not in use!

We have a 4106 with a 20" TV above the driver. And normally a 20" will not fit.

BUT, by removing the case it will as the picture tube is only about 13" high.

I mounted the picture tube on a shelf and the electronics under it. The manual controls are no longer available and all TV tuning is by remote. The rear of the picture tube is tied to the ceiling with a pipe holder after the neck of the tube was wrapped with foam and tape.

I can take some quick digital pics if you need more.

My 06 has a small cabinet centered on the wind shield at dash height about 18 inches square with shelves below and a door. tv sits on top with the wires hidden behind a cover over the center rubber of windshield. still has room for a cup of coffee or other things. easy to see over to the right mirror and not in the way.>>>Dan

I have had the pleasure of visiting Garys Coach, what is needed isnt a photo , but the ability , and courage to rip the TV out of the pretty box and start reassembling in a different manner.

Gary had the courage , and it does look great.

Would suggest that you pull apart a scrap TV and see if its a job you can do.

FAST FRED
