I have a Pro-Heat boiler rated at about 45000 BTUs and I just purchased two heat exchangers off E-Bay. They are 12V units rated at 45000 BTUs each. They have two places each to attach ducts. Will my boiler be able to supply enough heat for both 45000 BTU heat exchangers? Nelson, Knoxville TN. |

45000 BTU output into two 45000 BTU exchanger will be 22500 (half) BTU of each in series. Or better yet, have zone valve to control each independently. Nothing wrong what you have because you may want to heat one area fast while shut off other area. Do it your way. For what it’s worth. Sojourn for Christ, Jerry |

Ho, Nelson, I have a Proheat boiler. Excellent unit, with built-in-test. Just turn the heat exchangers on -- Be prepared to turn them off with a thermostat, because you will fry!!! Enjoy/s/RHB |
