Thanks to all for comments, hints, etc.
The trip is off. The Registrar of Imported Vehicles got their way and I cannot bring the coach in to Canada. If I wanted to put seats(thanks for the offer Marc), OH racks etc back in, I may have been ok but there were no guarantees. One of the things which attracted me to this unit was the fact that the seats etc were already out and there was no washroom. After listening to some stories of the problems with the RIV (thanks Bob) I decided to pass this unit up and keep looking. I have cancelled the deal with the seller and he has put it back on the market in San Diego.
