We just got back from Elkhart, IN. WOW!! What a great place. My MC9 is all plywooded, and I'm now in the building process. We have a floor plan that we thought would best suit our family's purpose. When we got there and saw all the stuff - and there was soooo much of it, it was really hard not to begin making changes to our conversion plans. We stuck to our guns, and got the items that we needed for our specific plans. RV Surplus Salvage was unbelievable. Thanks Trina, if you read this board. You truly can find what you are looking for at your prices, not the manufacturer's prices. It's amazing how much money we saved. So now my wife is cracking the whip to get me working on the bus to install the flexsteels and all the rest of the stuff we got in Elkhart. Thanks everyone who sent me information on where to go (and I also now have the yellow pages from Elkhart), so if I can give anyone addresses, let me know.

We bought two Flexsteel captains chairs, two Flexsteel barrel chairs (swivel rockers), a Flexsteel sleeper-sofa, (at about half the price you see advertised in the camping stores,) we bought two holding tanks, a microwave-convection oven, a porcelain toilet - plus other odds and ends, like shock absorbers, mirror tile, a shower pan, kitchen sink, etc., etc. - all for about $2,500.00. I also got a good deal on a Onan 7500 Quiet Diesel that I couldn't pass up. The prices were truly amazing.

That almost sounds too good to be true. Please tell me more about this place. Do they have a web page?

Thanks.

Here's one https://www.rvsurplussalvage.com/index.php .
But the web site is nothing like being there.
There were so many RV surplus shops , almost one on every corner.
