$25 a night, bay area sounds cheap. Read the rules "Quiet Hours are 10 pm to 6 am". Most of the residents are up and going at 6 since they are on their way to work. Not an RV park, but at $750 per month it's a good place for loud people to save money. If you can't afford rent, you can't afford mufflers and tuneups.

They have 3 parks, none have what most would call a lawn. And expect to have trouble leveling as the spots are ROUGH! We've boondocked in better maintained places.

The laundromat washers leak, the drains are plugged so they overflow. The dryer gives you 8 minutes for the first quarter, 6 minutes for each quarter thereafter.

The people you deal with are gestapos, and the construction, repairs, paving, etc., are done by HEE HAW CONSTRUCTION! Imagine paving with broken up asphalt!! Kinda nice, huh? They think so. Managed by DOGPATCH, INC., I think.

Do it ONLY IF YOU REALLY NEED TO DO SO. San Mateo County Fair is not good but it's much better than this.
