Wallowa Lake State Park. Has some 40 foot spots, thickly treed, but still able to back a 40 footer in easily. Beautiful scenery and nearby Joseph Oregon is quaint with shopping and art. Take in the Bronze casting studios there, very interesting. This is a couple of hours North of I84 at La Grande.
