I had reviewed their site on-line previous to taking our trip to Las Vegas, but their website had the appearance that any older units would probably not be welcome. During a trip from Florida to Mexico, that included going to Las Vegas, I met a man in Beaudry RV Park in Tucson that offered a coupon for a free week stay. He was an owner of an RV spot and was not going to use the coupon. The coupon he offered is the same that is given on their website. I called their office, and was informed the RV had to be a Class A, 30 Ft length minimum. No other requirements. Upon arrival, I discovered very helpful office staff, help with parking by security, help with getting a rental car at a discount rate through their office and coupons for four (4) free meals at a 50's style restaurant that is near the main entry. There were no problems with the fact that I have a 1972 MCI, which is what I thought would be a problem in an RV park that is loaded with Prevost models averaging $1 million +. Everyone that I came in contact with was very nice and the surroundings within the park are the best out there. Did I mention that all of my stay there was free? There were absolutely no charges at all. Normal rates appeared to be $75 per night. They prefer check in by 5 PM, but will allow you to enter up to 11 PM with security help. Otherwise, late late check in means you park near the gate and wait until morning. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in visiting the area. |
