I found a truely lovely city park that has a free dump, showers and camping with 50 amp hookups and water, all for $10 a nite. This park is located just south of the downtown area all of the sites are shaded.I however have no problem using my dish.
Casey is approx 35 miles west of Terra Haute, In in Il along Interstate 70. Go south of the interstate into Casey, at the stop lite "main St" turn left a few short blocks you will see a sign (turn right)leading to Fairview Park. If you arrive in the spring before it has officialy opened, just go to the town hall and they will turn the power on. Enjoy, we have.
