lots of people don't really know where it is...it's WAY down at the southern tip of Texas,........r.v. parks, guess there are about 100 between Mc Allen & Brownsville...rent from 150.oo a month (+ elec.) to 700.00 a month ..the Valley is farther south than Florida...a great place to spend the winter,a "few"cold days to 40...but mostly 70's and 80's...friendly people..geared toward the "winter Texan"...which is what they call people that spend the winters down here..we have orange & grapefruit trees,and papaya,& mangos..all year round | ||
