I'm leaving F.M.B. Sunday May 8th and have plenty to do. I'm going in the morning to get the diamond plate or deck plate as some people call it for my door panels and counter tops. then off to the cabinet shop and finish as much as I can get done in about 16 to 20 hours. Then JJ is coming Tue. to finish the electrical, while I put in a front motor mount and fix the cradle bolt and bushing I found loose and improperly installed. getting as much as possible done before leaving. I'm thinking about removing my oven and cook top, and getting a gas grill for my bay. any thoughts on that? besides all that work I have shows tues. night, thurs. night, fri, sat and sun. Then I'm off to Cliff's(florida cracker) then gotta be in Murfreesboro Ten. wed. Hopefuly if I find a "GOOD" booking agent I will be on the road all over the U.S. for a long time. |

Ron i don't know where your buying your check plate, but i know racers supplies usually carry it, its .100 thick and comes in 4'x 8' sections and runs about 90 bucks a sheet, most dirt racing shops either have it or access to it. Probably to late to help but just for your information.................Pat |

CR, you might want that cooktop if you spend more winters singing for your supper up in WI. The Cheeseheads are hard-core enough to grill out in the dead-o-winter... but are you? Lord knows I ain't. If it were me, I'd keep the indoor cooking and add a grill down below also. I've enjoyed watching your bus take shape this winter. Keep up the good work. BB |
