If you own a GMC PD4104, and it still has the original ICC brake in addition to the handbrake, please drop me a note privately (click on my name above). Be sure to include the VIN on your coach.

I'm trying to research when GM started installing these.

Even if you've converted over to spring or DD3s, but originally HAD the ICC brake, please let me know.

TIA,

RJ. I don't know what an ICC brake is? On my 1953 04 I have an emergency brake that clamps around my drive line.
Hope this helps.

RJ My '58 has an ICC brake. I've seen it in print before and believe it was in the mid '50's.

RJ; My 1953 4104 449 has no ICC brake, but it has a Johnson Bar, and we added spring brakes. Cable
