I'm trying to finalize the electrical system for my bus, and yes everything is new with the exception for the wiring from the front chassis to the rear engine compartment, it was in great shape so i saved everything but the battery cables(after so long they tend to shed their insulation) I'm using Dave Graleys abbreviated system from his electrical book on bus, which by the way is excellant! I've combined his wiring system with my vanner inverter SW4024, plus the wiring for my two different equalizers, one for coach and one for chassis, the coach equalizer will be a Vanner 60-100 series, the chassis system in my bus had a vanner 20 amp, i'm thinking that this should handle most of the chassis system load, all battery distribution will be 4/0 battery cable(recommended by vanner), my question is should i upgrade the chassis equalizer? Only thing i can think of that is 12vdc is marker, turn, and rear brake and backup lights and they are all LED very little load. I would appreciate some different input, maybe i'm missing something here. Oh yeah my chassis system is 24vdc.........thanks!..........Pat

What do the head lights run off?
I just use one Vanner 60-100 for all my coach and bus marker and headlights.
I know you can pair some of the vanners but not all. So your 20 amp my not work with the 60-100.

If it was me I would just use the one bigger one.
