Air leaking through exahust of ICC valve on my PD4106 . have replaced valve but apparently is somewhere else since contnues to leak EXCEPT when i apply the application (foot brake) pedal. think it might be the check valve. can operate bus fine...holds 110 psi, but leaks off soon after shut down...any clues,

Hello James.

Which style of parking brake does your coach have?

Spring or DD3?

Does the valve leak both with the parking brake applied and released?

His coach probably has the Johnson bar as most 06 do.

Yes cleaning the valve (inversion valve?) that allows the air to get from the ICC circuit to the rear brakes should do it.

it has the manual hand brake (spring)...yes...leaks with applied and not..hey thanks, guys...i thought it was the inversion valve and appears that it is not too hard to get to from the side compartment under drivers window...may have to pull aux air tank to get to.
