I can't wait till someone on this board posts - "It must just be some kind of misunderstanding" or "They must just be unreasonable customers"

Hmm can you run an auction from a jail cell? Looks like you can!

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=50056&item=4560605939&rd =1

I notice he made it a private auction so others cannot contact the bidders to warn them... I wonder if eBay would take action if they were sent the article? His website has the same phone number listed on it as the auction...

Someone with ebay account should send safeharbor a email with the news article so they can stop the next victim from being had.

Hmm - I just pinged the eBay auction and it came up with an "invalid item". Looks like ebay got the word somehow and took action.

Yeah, I notice the "Market Place Safety Tip" they conspicously put up, warning people no to use cash transfer services...

If you complain enough times to eBay, They will investigate and remove listings.

Especially ones that are "Too Good Deals"
or "On Spec Deals" those "Send me the money first Deals" and so forth.

Wasn't there a TV program about him reciently. I wonder what the producers would think about their bright shining star now!!!! I am sure they will bury their heads in the sand.
But I would notify them anyway if I knew who they were. I did not see the show.
I wonder how many new victims that bought to his door.
Maybe Court TV would do the follow up show about him. 25 to Life at hard labor.

Court TV-- I just watched a show about a guy that stole over 6 million dollars worth of merchandise (Canadian air freight terminal) sold it locally and on eBay and only got a 2 year prison term when he got caught. I bet Sam Walker will never see hard time...

I bet he's already scouting a new location - thats why there are 50 states - coming soon to your neighborhood, possibly?
