Fact is Brian, they are some of the most expensive buses on the road. They also manufacture very few of the components in the bus other than the body, but rather, like most, buy them on the open market from standard product line suppliers and manufacturers.

Radius Rod bushing failure would be less likely than mounting point failure, which perhaps could be attributable to the fact that Neoplans are manufactured in an area of the country that is notorious for cheap labor, which may well fit with your observation of getting what u pay for.
