Hi, This is the first time I have posted on the board but have been viewing for a while. Thanks all for the valuable infomation you folks post. I currently have an mc9 that I just love but I am considering purchasing another bus (shared with all brothers & sister) in order that we all don't try to schedule use of the bus at the same time. I've looked at a mc5b but it showed some of the rust problems that I've seen posted. I see a 61 4106 in Brooksville Fl and was wondering if any of you have looked at it and what kind of condition it's in. Looks like it was a hound before it had its current home. I'm in Austin, Texas and that's quite a ways from Brooksville, Fl. Also what problem area's should you look for on older gmc's? Several posts have referred to the bulkhead. Are there any pictures online that might show a newbie where specifically to look. Thanks in advance karl http://adcache.rvtraderonline.com/3/0/9/75830609.htm |

Karl if your looking for a GM coach, I would really give a good look at the 4104 that is listed on this site's classified's which is being sold by Butch and Brenda and also located in central Florida. For the money, and it being an older PRO conversion, it would be a really good deal. I have seen this coach in person and it is exceptionally clean. It's a wonder it has been listed this long. Just goes to show you that a lot of people don't know exactly what they are looking at when they look at pictures! As for the 4106 you have here, I can't tell you anything good or bad about it except it seems to be a fair price IF it's in good condition! Ace |
