Having trouble getting my computers to install the garmin data card reader ( pro 2000 and xp ),Garmin does not seem to be of much help. I know many of you have the street pilot3 can you help? thanks in advance Merlin P-V |

Hi Merlin,
Is there a routine available from an oem CD Rom for backup/reinstall? Maybe from their web site support link at www.garmin.com ?
I see their latest software version is 2.80 and new drivers are available. I know on the TomTom product that I sell, you must have the latest software version to properly enable new software downloads of new or updated charts/maps.
