Hopefully I have all the tiny bits and pieces needed to inatall a L&R set of rebuilt 04 windows in my 06. Am still waiting for aproval for using Zappone aluminum shingles on my roof in FL , which gave up big pieces of 3 tab in the last blow. If I'm not doing a roof I hope to get back to the Sportscar. 04 Windows and a marine hatch in the galley will be this winters fun. I'll keep in touch as I'm sure something will be missing. I am looking for a set of FG front headlamp mounts. It is my intention to chop out the tiny 5 in headlamps and install 7 in buckets and Cebe or Marchal Lamps. If it works , I may pull a mold so it will be EZ to duplicate, if others are interested in this upgrade. FAST FRED |

Ahoy, Fast Fred, Good move on the big headlights. I have four large Cibie rectangular 100 watt lights in my -01 Eagle. Driving the dark Arizona desert -- no other lights for fifteen minutes --- with all four on high, my main concern was to not catch the desert on fire!!! Enjoy/s/Bob |

Hey FF! All us MCI 7/8/9 steering wheel holders have a bit of extra real estate around the headlight area.... There would be quite a market for improved lighting out here, me thinks! happy coaching! buswarrior |

For add on lights the rage with the truckers and Off Road racers id the Light Force units that are imported. These (in their literature) claim to be the brightest on earth , the top of the line lists for $1000 for a pair, but $250 will still light the road. Legal? perhaps. FAST FRED |

Bill - The windshields, front door and driver's windows are interchangeable on all the GMCs from 4104 > 4905. The side windows are not. FF's installing the original, split, door and driver's window in his '06. FWIW, RJ PD4106-2784 Fresno CA |

This is the origonal 75/90 air cond. You go 75 mph when its 90F outside , and stay nice & cool with out running an air cond. Since the factory air cond was quite unreliable in the 50's the 4104 usually had these great windows installed. The foward section swings out enough to capture the air streaming past the coach , even tho there is dead air next to the coach . I have an orig bug deflector so hope not to be like a merry motorcyclist , with bugs in the teeth. The current setup is an RV replacement that only slides open half way at the rear , and is 90% useless as ventilation underway. Works at rest tho, as another vent OK. If anyone else wants to make this upgrade , 4104 windows are not THAT hard to find (although not every 04 had opening window in the pax door. I have had made the rubbers manufactured that seal the glass to the aluminum frame (the Outer is stock from LUKE at US Coach. Perhaps this winter, after a new roof on the diggs, I'll get the time to install my set! FAST FRED |
