Let me know.

__. See the thread "Paint Jobs" about a page down. There's info for "Central Carolina" -- it's about a six hour drive from the DC area so it's not really "in the area" but their work is *good* and the prices are reasonable.
Good luck,

Eric,

Dominion Auto over in Fairfax (Rt 50 across from the Harley Dealership) de-images/puts decals on for-sale U-Haul trucks..total length about 35 feet on the largest ones. Not an easy job to apply a 25 foot by 5 foot roll of vinyl without any air pockets or blisters forming. If your coach is 35 feet or less, they shouldn't have a problem. If it's a standard 40 foot, or 102 inch wide, then it might be tight, but I doubt it. My 17 footers (23 foot total) looked like kids toys in there. They are very professional and you have to be specific with what you want done and the level of quality you expect. The point is: They aren't "cheap", but will work with you to do EXACTLY what you want, nor more, no less (no games). Very pleasant, no-nonsense guys to work with and reasonably close. Tell them Doug the "former" U-Haul guy suggested you call them for an estimate. I no longer have a connection to them. However, I am planning on taking my car to them if I decide to stay in the area. Their phone numbers as listed in the Google are: 703-226-2224 (the one I believe I used), 2225, and 2226. Hope this helps.

Thanks Doug...that is as close as it gets.
I also have a buddy that owns a large bus company in VA. He does some minor paint work....maybe I can talk him into doing the whole thing.

__. That should work very well. Good paint is a pretty simple thing (*excellent* paint is a very hard thing to do). And one of the most important parts is the prep work. If you can do the prep work well (or hire somebody good to do it), having it sprayed is a pretty low-tech process. It helps to have a good place to do it (a proper, dust-controlled booth is best but a good clean room will probably be OK) and a reasonably experienced shooter is a must, but it's pretty easy to get a good job. But it's a lot of work.

__. (PS Lots of these buses have aluminum body panels - you gotta be really careful how you treat them. If you stretch or bend them, they'll look terrible the rest of their life. YMMV)
