I live in Michigan, own an Eagle 20, and need someone close by how can build me a one piece door. Does anyone know of someone in southern Michigan or close by, who could do this work? Tank you. |

Take off the door halves, remove the skin and have a welder stitch the halves together. Buy a hinge, skin, and door lock from International Bus parts, reskin the frame, and bolt her back on. Draw a template of the window opening and Peninsula Glass (or perhaps a local glass co.) can make you a new window and frame. IMHO it is best to use those door halves because they have those oh so hard to work around Eagle curves in them. Nothing is square in that door opening if it is anything like a 10 or 15. www.cape-carlyn.com fabricates doors from scratch, but very pricey, and they only do it on an installed basis.
