Does anyone know if it is possible to adjust the water heating temperature on an Attwood 6-gallon water heater with manual light pilot? The flame adjustment knob has a sticker above it that says to turn the knob to the left to increase the water temperature, but it doesn't seem to make any difference-- the water is only getting up to 110F and the burner shuts off. I would like to get the water hotter, like up to 140F. Is there another adjustment on the regulator that I can make?
