over the summer I bought an Eagle 10 with a bad engine. I spent a few months working on it as i got the time. The coach had been setting for (5) five years when I bought it and had it towed in to my shop. I removed the 6V92TA that had been burned up and installed an 8V71TA. I changed out the radiator, changed the fan and fan drive,(Installed a horton fan drive with a plastic fan). This morning I took it out for a 20 min. drive, If the speedo is right this baby will scream. I did'nt pick up 4th gear until 68mph and i was'nt even on the mat. It has 24.5 tires and acording to the tag on the diff. 3.23 gears. Don't know for sure but I should be able to cruse at 70mph turning around 1700rpm. Still have a lot of work to do, but I am jazzed. It's an assume feeling when a plan comes to gather.

Can't wait to get the bed room and bath installed so i can take it out on a raod trip. I need to go to dallas right after thanks giving. Hoping I can take it.

Hey, that sounds great! It is fun to tool these monsters around isn't it?

Congrats on the first flight!
