just a fast word of advice.. Never get a room mate.
Mine was supposed to pay the gas bill. he didnt. my gas is now off and there is no heat in the house. They will not even turn it on until i pay 1270.34 in full for the back balance.
I may have to sell the bus, cause being a single dad, i just dont have that laying around, and i hate to sell my baby.
I hate roomies. never again...

Trust that was not a cheap shot akrom.....we all have had our problems and the last thing needed at such a time is a Maytag to help us out.

Does the bus have heat? Move onboard and let the rommies freeze until they come up with the cash. On another note, in many states they are legally prevented from turning off the gas in winter if you can show it is the heat source for the home.

Hey Shawn, Every state has a low income energy assistance program. Of course I don't know what it takes to qualify but it is something you might look at. Good luck I have been in similar situations and I know how much it sucks. |

Hang in there Shawn... We have been in similar situations. If I were you I would speak with a manager and explain the situation to them. |

trust me, if the bus had heat, i would be out there in it. something else to fix.
I do not qualify for low income assistance. just over the top this year. too much happened at one time.
some people have been kind, and really helped me out, but i'm not close yet. supposed to snow tomorrow.
