David,
Contact Wirco International @ 541 689 4245. They have all the pieces and they offer kits. The 45,000 BTU/h model is most likely plenty big enough. This is not a project for the faint of heart and is rather expensive. There are very many pieces to install, such as: the heater itself & it's exaust, surge tank, water filter, fuel filter & fuel lines, engine heat exchanger, two pumps, domestic hot water heater, fan heat exchangers & associated switches, thermostats, and lots of wiring and plumbing. Installing mine (not quite done yet) is definitely the most challenging part of my conversion. I bought a Wirco kit that had not been installed from a busnut, who abandoned his project, for $3500 but he had paid over $4500 more than two years ago. Feel free to contact me off board for details.
Regards

Go look on the EBay site. Do a search for Hydronic. There is an Espar (only 17000 BTU) for $1199. Occasionally some Ebersprcher units. there was a ProHeat X45 sold for $1599 recently. A ProHeat XL900 sold for $456.88. A Webasto TSL 17 was asking $450 buy it now, high bid was $350. There are also plenty of not so expensive units you can build your own system around for $450 or so.
Andrew.
