"Dieselcraft uses a perforated plate on entering to cause the water and solids to agglomerate and the vortex finder on exiting. This vortex adds centrifugal force to the fluids motion." Uhh... Did that turn anyone else on, or is it just me? |

The filter requirements of many other diesels if quite different from what out DD need. Our DD may take 60 gph from the tank returning 50 or 55 gal per hour. This (after a short while) does a remarkable job of cleaning the fuel as it runs thru the filters. The older style Bosch injection with hard steel pipes to the injectors returns mostly internal injection pump leakage , a tiny amount. These engines (as does your noisemaker diesel) can not clean the fuel in the tank so need a different concept for filtering. FAST FRED |

I think the "agglomerate and the vortex finder on exiting. This vortex adds centrifugal force to the fluids motion" is all I needed to hear, this thing is a miracle! |
