I didn't want to cloud a fairly clean thread with my next idea. I am not mentioning which opportunity, but maybe we should get together a little capital and bring it to an investors meeting in a lonely country area. We could invite previous investors, customers, businesses with unpaid debts from previous ventures, all of whom would probably have a great interest in attending such a meeting. They might want to invest too. The squemish and weak could sent large muscular mean guys with proxies instead of attending themselves. We could have a few bus loads of tar and feathers in case a party developes and we want to do a life like sculpture. Or some might want to use the Bantu method from the Bantu history in Africa: With a really, really bad person who needed bringing down a lot, they would hang him by his feet and everyone would throw manure at the offender until he was totally coated. Then the offender was left alone to figure out how to get down. (Actually this is only mentioned once in the Bantu oral history put in writing. It was done to an Idi Amin type.)
I'm usually a mild mannered guy but some people never quit. After taxes it takes most of us a long time to earn the money for a bus conversion. People trying to steal it outright makes me really mad. |
