ON the 06 and I guess other GM coaches , there is an "eyeball" vent built into the post to the drivers left.
It does blow nice outside air at the driver, but in my unit the air cant be turned OFF.
Thats OK all summer , but when it gets down below freezing , aiming it away worked but not very well.
Guess it was to keep the driver awake .
Aircraft Spruce , sells a real cockpit eyeball vent , that swivels and turns OFF.
For X-mas this year I got some spending cash , so decided to spend it on somthing that I would much prefer to find used , but couldn't, in three years of looking.
So the beautifully machined eyeball vent {$65} has found a home , and I'm not exactally looking foward to my next drive in teen temps , but at least the top of my head wont freez off.
