Well we have started our conversion. Since winter is coming quick we decided to raise the roof in the spring of 2001. We are now working on the side entry door. You can see the work in process @

1 inch sq. tubing for the entry door is not strong enoungh if you plan on a full height door with a window. maybe can get away with it since it's going in the side and a top hinge can help carry the weight, we've built lots of entry doors and most have been built with 1 1/4" x .125 and even then? There's just such great distance from the top of the door to the top hinge.
